Took some more photos of munchkins. She wouldn’t stop dancing so I had to keep the shutter speed like super fast to get a decent picture.

Turntablism: the assignment is to create 100 different layouts using the same copy, the same typeface, and the same graphic. Sounds dreadful, but it’s quite interesting actually.

I really, really, really enjoy photographing kids. I think I’m going to take it up seriously, right after I buy a real nice camera.
I didn’t get to photograph much at the festival, most of my time was spent making funnel cakes. I’m really good at making funnel cakes now.

Rough comp to see the typeface I painstakingly photographed. I love that my type teacher was able to pick out about 6 things wrong with this, which is something I never would have figured out while freelancing.
His name is Bruce Young and he’s a really cool guy. He’s a little bit on the shy side and it’s adorable, really, especially because we’re the first bunch he’s ever taught. Also, he dresses very well, it’s understated so it never looks self-centered or overdressed and just an all around classy kindof guy.
